Job summary

MicroSourcing invites applications for a Senior Graphic Designer to craft print and digital collateral across real estate, hospitality, and investments. This remote, day-shift role reports to the Group Marketing Manager and supports marketing with brochures, banners, eDMs, and social assets.

Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, and basic HTML/CSS are preferred. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage timelines, and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Degree or Certificate in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating print and digital artwork with attention to detail.
• Experience with video editing and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Print & Layout Design: Produce brochures, ads and brand style guides/templates using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Digital & Multimedia Design: Create eDMs, banners, landing pages, and social assets; basic video editing.
• Creative Strategy & Collaboration: Work with marketing and agencies to translate briefs into designs on time and budget.
• Concept & Illustration Development: Develop sketches and layouts using CAD and design software.
• Project Management: Estimate costs, timelines, and manage workflows under deadlines.
