Job summary

Staffstream is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and design with hands-on execution while structuring and mentoring a growing content team. You will ensure output aligns with brand objectives, manage multiple brands, and drive measurable growth across campaigns.

This fully remote role, aligned with Australian business hours, requires hands-on skills, leadership, and the ability to scale creative work within a dynamic marketing consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Senior Designer or Creative Lead with hands-on content creation experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring a design team.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong branding, typography, layout and digital design principles.
• Remote, full-time role based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through hands-on content creation.
• Design high-performing assets across sales presentations and promotional materials.
• Ensure output aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
• Maintain consistency across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers and content creators.
• Delegate tasks with clear briefs, timelines and expectations.
• Provide structured creative direction and feedback.
• Uplift team capability through coaching and quality control.
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative creative culture.
• Work closely with marketing, operations and leadership teams.
• Translate strategy into commercially effective creative assets.
• Contribute to campaign planning and creative ideation.
• Ensure creative supports measurable growth outcomes.
