Job summary

FGC+ is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to develop high-quality visual assets for our marketing, branding, and business development initiatives. You will craft engaging external materials across digital and print channels, ensuring designs align with brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio in branding and marketing design, 3+ years of experience, and expert to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience in corporate or marketing settings.
• Strong portfolio in branding, marketing, advertising, and campaign design.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, organization, and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or storyboard is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media specs and digital marketing formats.
• Experience with CMS, landing pages, websites; familiarity with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce marketing materials for digital and print.
• Create social media graphics, ads, website visuals, presentations, event materials.
• Translate briefs and business requirements into visual concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and stakeholders to support campaigns.
• Prepare final artwork for digital publishing and print.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs.
• Provide creative input to improve marketing materials.
• Support video and motion graphics projects as needed.
