FGC+ is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to craft high-quality visual assets for our marketing, branding, and business development efforts. You will deliver engaging digital and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards and stakeholder objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, solid Adobe Creative Suite expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to production. Collaboration with Marketing and Business Development is key in this role.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional graphic design experience in corporate/agency/marketing settings.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Solid typography, layout, color theory, composition, branding and visual communication.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, organization, and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Experience with motion graphics, video/animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media specs, digital ads and digital platforms.
• Basic experience with CMS, landing pages, website graphics, Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing materials for digital and print channels.
• Create social media graphics, digital ads, website visuals, presentations, event materials, and corporate collateral.
• Translate briefs and business requirements into visual concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all external communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review final artwork for digital publishing and print production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs accordingly.
• Provide creative input to improve marketing materials.
• Support video and motion graphics projects as needed.
