Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies is seeking a creative Graphic Artist Associate to design marketing materials and collaborate with the Marketing Manager. You will conceptualize visuals, create layouts, and develop branding collateral for a dynamic food and beverage brand.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related fields and at least 1 year of experience, with fresh graduates welcome. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, Multimedia Design, or related courses.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
• Possession of a detailed portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• 3D and Video Editing (Adobe Premiere) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Create images and layouts by hand or using design software.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Produce graphic art and visual materials to communicate marketing efforts.
• Develop creatives, including illustrations, logos, and collaterals.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Create marketing material for a wide range of products.
• Prepare designs for print and web publications.
• Generate new designs for branding purposes.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Work with Marketing Manager to produce final design.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality design.
• Prioritize workload, proactively seek answers, and meet deadlines.
• Take ownership and be accountable for work quality.
• Amend designs after feedback.
