Hunt St Pty Ltd, an Australian digital marketing agency, seeks a senior Digital Marketing Executive based in the Philippines. You will build campaigns from scratch, manage multiple client accounts, analyse performance, and optimise to improve ROI. Meta Ads and SEO experience are a bonus, with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.

The successful contractor will provide around 38 hours per week, flexible timing, and align with AU business hours (9 AM–4 PM AEST) for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Marketing degree or equivalent hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally in an agency.
• Proven ability to build campaigns from scratch and optimise across accounts.
• Strong English copywriting for Australian audiences and clear client communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns from scratch with multiple ads per group.
• Oversee ~20+ client accounts, using data to improve leads, sales, ROI.
• Investigate declines, identify root causes, implement fixes proactively.
• Prepare weekly red-flag reports with recommendations and time requests.
• Set up conversion tracking for forms, calls, Shopify using GA4 & GTM.
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns and document changes in Asana.
• Draft upbeat client update emails focused on testing and growth.
• Support SEO activities including on-page and technical optimisation.
• Build/update WordPress and Shopify pages per strategy and feedback.
• Follow processes, keep systems updated, and communicate blockers early.
