You will work independently from the Philippines, aligning with US Central Time hours, to optimize Search, Display and Performance Max campaigns, while delivering clear performance reports and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven, senior-level Google Ads experience managing multiple client accounts
• Strong command of Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
• Solid knowledge of bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and audience targeting
• Hands on experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding and automation tools
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and WordPress
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu for keyword and competitive research
• Experience building reports in Google Looker Studio or similar tools
• Experience with local business advertising is a plus
• Available to work US Central Time business hours

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts with high spend
• Onboard new clients and guide kickoff and account setup
• Configure campaigns using our AI tools and SOPs
• Develop Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns with clean structures
• Set location, schedule, device, and audience targeting
• Validate conversion tracking with GA4 and GTM
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools to build, launch, and optimize campaigns
• Create and test Responsive Search Ads and ad extensions
• Manage keywords and negative keywords to reduce wasted spend
• Monitor daily spend and budget pacing, flagging risks to leadership
• Run regular account audits and optimize for Quality Score and CTR
• Implement audience layering including remarketing and customer match
• Optimize campaigns for local business including Google Maps strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Communicate with team via ClickUp and Slack
• Work independently with minimal supervision on growing workload

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (US business hours required, no flexibility)

We are a fast growing, AI powered marketing agency specializing in SEO, websites, and digital marketing for local businesses across industries such as dental, accounting, med spas, and local services. We’ve built our own proprietary software to automate and streamline how we launch and manage campaigns, and we’re looking for a Google Ads expert who thrives in a fast paced, AI driven environment.

About This Role

This is a brand new role on our team. You’ll take full ownership of Google Ads management for our clients, working closely alongside our team. Our SOPs, systems, and software are already in place; we’re looking for someone who can step in confidently from day one and run with it with a high level of independence and minimal support. You’ll work independently, onboarding new clients quickly while keeping existing accounts performing at a high level.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts with significant ad spend
• Handling the onboarding process directly with new clients, guiding them through kickoff and account setup
• Onboarding new clients using our proprietary AI software (Google Tags, Search Console, WordPress integrations, and campaign setup)
• Building and launching Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns with a clean account structure
• Configuring targeting settings including location, schedule, device, and audience
• Validating conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Using Claude Code (app or terminal) and other AI tools to build, launch, and optimize campaigns
• Supporting ad creatives and campaign setup through AI and automation workflows
• Writing and testing Responsive Search Ads and ad extensions (sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets)
• Managing keywords, negative keyword lists, and search term reports to reduce wasted spend
• Applying the right bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, maximize conversions, manual CPC)
• Monitoring daily spend and budget pacing, flagging any overspend or budget risks to leadership
• Running regular account audits and optimizing based on Quality Score, impression share, and CTR
• Implementing audience layering, including remarketing and customer match
• Optimizing campaigns for local businesses, including strategies tied to Google Maps and local search
• Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
• Flagging performance anomalies and providing root cause analysis
• Communicating with the team through ClickUp and Slack, keeping work organized and visible
• Working independently with minimal supervision while managing a growing workload
