Job summary

Endor Labs, a leader in application security, seeks an senior backend engineer to architect and build the core infrastructure for our SaaS platform. You will lead large-scale projects, design end-to-end features, and collaborate with Product Management and distributed engineering teams.

You will mentor teammates, foster best practices, and push for high reliability through observability and thoughtful architecture choices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years of backend experience.
• At least 3+ years of Golang experience focused on microservices/distributed architecture.
• Practical API design experience with gRPC, REST, GraphQL, or Thrift.
• Ability to design technical solutions from scratch and influence coding practices.
• Experience with scalable distributed systems, stateless architectures, and load balancing.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build core backend infrastructure for SaaS products.
• Lead and contribute to large-scale projects ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Design, architect, and implement end-to-end features with Product and Engineering teams.
• Drive architectural decisions and adopt cutting-edge technologies.
• Mentor teammates and promote best practices for continuous learning.
• Enhance observability to ensure high reliability and availability.
