As a customer-facing technical leader, you will guide pre-sales and post-sales engagements, tailor security solutions to complex environments, and drive successful deployments with your engineering and DevOps expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a technical domain with at least 4+ years in software development, application security, or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and secure code shipping workflows.
• Experience designing custom technical solutions for customers in related roles.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Customer-first mindset with security and scalability focus.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Design and customize security solutions for complex customer environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using software engineering, application security, and DevOps expertise.
• Build relationships with customers from startups to global enterprises as their trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to translate feedback into improvements.
• Help customers adopt secure software development practices and improve developer experience.
• Lead technical integration projects and provide strategic guidance throughout the journey.
