Job summary

FXC Intelligence is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to take technical ownership of a high-impact, customer-facing product. You will guide a team of engineers, write Golang services and web app backends, and build beautiful interfaces using React/TypeScript.

You’ll work with Docker, AWS and a data-driven stack to deliver scalable solutions. Join a technical team of ~30 technologists, collaborating with Product and Technology to translate roadmaps into actionable tasks, while driving quality

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Golang, TypeScript and React required.
• Strong SQL skills for data-driven backend/frontend tasks.
• Experience writing backend services and frontend apps in a cohesive stack.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership and lead code quality and architecture for your team.
• Line manage, coach and align engineers with goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to translate roadmap into actionable work.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Golang microservices and React/TypeScript frontends.
• Deliver performant interfaces and improve service observability and quality.
