Job summary

CPS Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong Go capabilities to design, develop, and enhance scalable applications. You will work in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities include implementing APIs, optimizing performance, and contributing to architectural decisions while maintaining production systems. Prior experience with eCommerce platforms is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience developing and supporting production‑grade applications.
• eCommerce, online retail, or high‑volume digital platform experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications and services primarily using Go.
• Translate requirements into clean, maintainable software.
• Develop reusable components following engineering standards and best practices.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions.
• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback.
• Investigate production incidents and optimize performance.
• Take ownership of applications and participate in on-call activities.
