Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong Go (Golang) expertise and experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
Proven ability to design high-scalability, high-availability distributed systems.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
Experience operating production systems and troubleshooting complex issues.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions and system architectures.
Build secure, scalable, and reliable applications using Go (Golang).
Architect and optimize Kafka-based event-driven systems.
Drive Kubernetes deployments and microservices best practices.
Enhance Redis performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, queries, and indexing strategies.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support production systems.
