Job summary

o b is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer focused on Go and distributed systems to join a high-performance software team serving global tech enterprises. You will design, build, and maintain microservices and real-time data APIs in a scalable, reliable environment.

You should have 5+ years in backend, at least 2 years in Go, strong concurrency skills, hands-on AWS and PostgreSQL, and experience with ETL tools like Airflow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Go production experience.
• Strong Go concurrency knowledge (goroutines, channels, sync.Mutex, WaitGroup, context).
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• Hands-on AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch) and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with high-load systems and scaling.
• Ownership mindset and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain microservices using Go (and Python as a secondary stack).
• Work on highly available distributed systems at global scale.
• Build and optimize APIs that interact with real-time data pipelines.
• Own the scalability, performance, and reliability across all touched services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and peer reviews.
