Job summary

Orange and Bronze Software Labs Ltd, Co. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Go/GoLang) to design, build, and maintain microservices with Go and Python.

You will contribute to highly available distributed systems, build APIs for real-time data pipelines, and own scalability and reliability across services. The role involves Agile participation, a strong ownership mindset, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of Go production work.
• Solid Go concurrency knowledge (goroutines, channels, WaitGroup).
• Experience with microservices and event-driven design.
• Experience with AWS and PostgreSQL; high-load systems exposure.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving mindset, and English proficiency.
• Experience using Python for services or data work.
• Familiarity with ETL orchestration tools like Airflow.
