Candidates should have 2–3 years in procurement, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and familiarity with import/export regulations and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, SCM, or related field.
• 2–3 years in procurement and import purchasing; export experience is a plus.
• Proven sourcing, negotiation, and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, docs, and customs compliance.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies (DENR, BoC, BPI, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills for spend and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Source materials and oversee import/export processes to ensure cost efficiency and supply continuity.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts to obtain favorable terms.
• Coordinate with government agencies for permits and regulatory compliance.
• Identify new or alternative imported materials to support operations and growth.
