Uncover is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist in the Philippines to lead high-value procurements, negotiate terms, and manage vendor relationships. The role requires hands-on execution with strategic input to support business operations and ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing.

The position emphasizes strong negotiation, supplier evaluation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement decisions, policies, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business-related field.
• 4–6 years hands-on procurement experience, preferably IT/high-value purchases.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Zoho Desk or similar tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement of high-value goods and services balancing cost, quality, and timing.
• Establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing and data.
• Review vendor options to optimize decisions.
• Develop strategic procurement plans for equipment and services.
• Negotiate favourable pricing and supply contracts.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely payment and delivery.
• Verify received goods meet quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain supplier list with qualifications and delivery times.
• Collaborate with team and Controller to complete tasks.
• Provide guidance to Procurement Specialist as needed.
