Job summary

XP Power Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented GL Accountant to manage AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and month-end close with strong intercompany and tax reporting in a multinational setting.

The role requires 8–10 years of GL/AR/Inventory/FA experience, SAP S4 FI/CO proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 8–10 years of GL/AR/Inventory/FA accounting experience.
• Strong SAP S4 FI/CO knowledge and intercompany experience.
• Multinational environment exposure with audit support.

Responsibilities

• Manage Intercompany AR accounts and clear receipts accurately.
• Reconcile daily bank journals for HSBC sweeping arrangements.
• Monitor and review third-party and intercompany AR aging.
• Create PRs and fixed asset codes; review CER forms per policy.
• Prepare and review Asia & Europe cost reports; tax and withholding handling.
• Review inventory provisioning, counts, and aging; perform stock reconciliations.
• Support statutory audits and related schedules.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and finance teams for resolutions.
• Assist with government surveys and process improvements.
