Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Ethics & Compliance for Collins Philippines. You will champion ethics, promote the RTX Code of Conduct, and lead a network of local ethics officers to ensure proactive compliance across the organization.

You will partner with HR, Legal, and Finance, develop training content, and oversee periodic reviews to mitigate risk while supporting a speak-up culture and policy guidance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in ethics and/or compliance.
• Requires expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• May have deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs or systems.
• Engineering/Other Technical Positions: STEM degree and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECO for Collins Philippines; manage Ethics & Compliance program and promote RTX Code of Conduct.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and other functions to uphold ethical standards.
• Manage portfolio of GEC programs and ensure effective delivery of ethics & compliance in Collins Philippines.
• Develop content and conduct training on ethics & compliance topics.
• Guide local network of LECOs and address inquiries on compliance policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other teams to address ethics-related matters.
• Lead internal ethics & compliance reviews to prevent and detect risk.
