Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Cross-disciplinary Controls Sr. Analyst to strengthen our internal control environment within MSCG. You will own control design, oversee testing, and coordinate with global teams to ensure regulatory compliance across asset classes.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on risk management and process improvement. A finance-related degree and 5–8 years in risk or controls are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5–8 years in risk, controls, audit, compliance or operational risk management.
• Experience in financial services risk and control functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own design and implementation of controls to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
• Conduct reviews and monitor control effectiveness with testing procedures.
• Identify emerging risks and drive issue management from root cause to remediation.
• Support audits, MCA requirements, and collaboration across control teams.
