Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in process reviews/improvements, risk and controls, internal/external audit, compliance, or operational risk management.
• Proven experience in risk and control-related functions in the financial industry and in implementing sustainable solutions and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the design and implementation of effective controls to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
• Conduct independent reviews and oversee testing of controls with defined thresholds.
• Identify emerging risks and drive issue management from root cause to remediation.
• Support control reviews, audits, and compliance activities from all lines of defense.
