Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Global Finance team in Manila is seeking a Senior Specialist Global Compensation & Benefits Accounting (PG25). You will manage payroll, pensions, expenses, and bonuses, ensuring accurate postings and balance sheet reconciliations.

This role emphasizes strong internal controls, US GAAP knowledge, and collaboration with global teams. You will lead onboarding and training for new joiners, support audits, and adapt to evolving processes in a diverse, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting/finance.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or similar certifications preferred.
• 4–6 years of professional experience; 1–2 years in management.
• Amenable to work night-shift.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence.
• Execute accounting and daily operations for Compensation & Benefits Accounting.
• Close financial periods timely per calendar and SLA commitments; ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls.
• Balance sheet reconciliations accuracy; on-the-job training for new joiners.
