Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Philippines is seeking a Senior Specialist Global Compensation & Benefits Accounting to join our Global Services Finance team. You will manage payroll, pension, expenses, bonuses and other related costs, ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations and compliance with worldwide policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, CPA/CMA/MBA preferred, 4–6 years of experience, and at least 1–2 years of supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Required: bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a shared service or multinational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute accounting and daily operations for Compensation & Benefits Accounting.
• Manage payroll, pension, expenses, bonuses, and related costs.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance including US GAAP.
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and control standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
