The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years of relevant experience and is proficient in MS Office. Excellent English is essential, both written and spoken, to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance/ accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Word).
• Experience in fast-paced, international environments.
• Excellent English language skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices and payments.
• Present Expereo as an accountable, accurate and reliable business partner to providers and customers.
• Process payments of vendors' invoices.
• Monitor and resolve queries related to accounts and payments.
• Ensure suppliers' details (billing address, bank details, VAT numbers) are accurate and updated.
• Reconcile supplier statements and balances.
• Prepare, reconcile and record payments.
• Respond to internal and external queries on accounts and payments.
