Job summary

Melco Resorts seeks a General Ledger Senior Accountant for its Shared Services center in the Philippines. The role ensures accurate journal entries, timely reconciliations and policy adherence across entities serviced.

You will lead month-end close, review entries, supervise accounting staff, and collaborate with auditors to ensure on-time reporting and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in hospitality industry or large organizations/auditing is preferred.
• CPA qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely management reports for internal use.
• Manage month-end close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Supervise Accountants and support staff development.
• Coordinate with auditors and external parties to meet deadlines.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
