Job summary

MELCO RESORTS & ENTERTAINMENT is seeking a General Ledger Senior Accountant for Shared Services to maintain accurate journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts in line with company policies. This position supports outsourced services for the group and requires strong accounting fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience with supervisory exposure.
• University degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA desirable.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience; excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal management.
• Manage an effective month-end reporting process.
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies and procedures under guidance of Finance Senior Management.
• Supervise and develop Accountants and Assistant Accountants.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines for regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Assist in cash flow analyses and variances analysis for monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and external parties to meet reporting deadlines.
