Job summary

Dexcom Philippines seeks a Senior Telecom Engineer to configure, maintain, and support our enterprise Contact Center and cloud platforms. You will manage Genesys Cloud, voice services, carrier connectivity, and inbound/outbound communications, collaborating with IT, Network, and Security teams.

You will analyze incidents, implement automation, and ensure compliance with SOC, FDA, PCI, and HIPAA while documenting procedures and optimizing performance using tools like Cyara and ResolveAX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years in contact center/UC support or similar.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud and telecom carriers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Genesys Cloud contact center including queues, routing, and recordings.
• Manage cloud voice services, DID inventory, and carrier connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve platform, network, and telephony issues.
• Develop monitoring and automation for performance and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with IT, Network, Security to ensure compliance and security.
