Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Senior Telecom Engineer to configure, maintain, and support the enterprise Contact Center environment. The role focuses on administration of cloud platforms, especially Genesys Cloud, and on supporting end-users with voice network services.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Contact Center/UC support, familiarity with carrier circuits and TCP/IP, and ITIL knowledge, plus a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Contact Center and UC support experience.
• Experience with carrier circuits (POTS, PRI, T1, VOIP, SIP).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP network protocols.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in complex systems.
• Experience with AD/OKTA/LDAP authentication systems.
• Solid ITIL knowledge and incident/change management.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and support Genesys Cloud contact center platform.Administer users, roles, queues, and flows.
• Manage voice services, DID inventory, trunking, and carrier connectivity.
• Diagnose SaaS, cloud, telephony, and network issues; communicate remediation plans.
• Develop monitoring and automation for UC platforms using APIs and IaC.
• Collaborate with IT, Network, Security teams to deliver projects and maintain security and compliance.
