Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock seeks a General Counsel for MGS Philippines to lead the legal function, governance, and compliance programs. You will advise senior management and governance bodies, oversee external counsel, and ensure ethical risk management while supporting business objectives.

You will also lead Data Protection and Information Governance, oversee Legal Shared Services, and collaborate with Group Legal and Compliance to deliver high-quality, scalable services across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant legal experience, including senior leadership in a legal function.
