Job summary

MSD in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Finance Professional to oversee accuracy and timeliness of books, ensure internal controls, and manage cash flows. The role requires CPA, BS Accountancy, and at least 5 years in general accounting within an integrated ERP environment, preferably in multinational settings.

You will drive financial reporting, support audits, and collaborate with multiple departments to optimize cash management and OT C/Treasury processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is essential.
• Experience: 5 years in General Accounting.
• Experience with Integrated Accounting ERP systems.
• Preferably from medium to large multinational companies.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely closing of books and financial statements.
• Submit financial statements and trial balances for consolidation.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation reports and resolve long-standing items.
• Support audits with documentation and explanations.
• Maintain compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with departments on cash forecasting and daily cash positions.
• Coordinate with BSC on ATR, OTC, and Treasury processes.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support accounting manager with ad hoc requests.
