Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a Senior General Accounting Manager to lead and oversee the company’s accounting operations in Cebu. You will ensure timely financial reporting, tax compliance, and strong internal controls while developing and guiding the accounting team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accountancy, CPA, and 7–10 years of managerial accounting experience, with SAP experience a plus. Day shift, full onsite setup in Cebu City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 7–10 years of managerial accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and taxation.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax and compliance, and general accounting.
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly financial information.
• Develop management reports including budget-to-actual comparisons, variance analysis, and financial ratio evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow and treasury oversight; supervise accounting supervisors and team members.
