The VITO Group in Manila is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee the company’s general accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reporting. The role ensures accurate records, regulatory compliance, cost analysis, budgeting support, and the development of the accounting team.

You will supervise and mentor staff, drive process improvements, and partner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong background in financial reporting and cost accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• CPA preferred
