Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Experience in General Accounting, GL management, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with BIR regulations and accounting standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily General Accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and General Ledger accounts.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
• Ensure proper recording of accruals, prepayments and adjusting entries.
• Monitor compliance with BIR regulations, tax requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors during audit activities.
• Guide and evaluate accounting staff performance and development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
