Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation.
• Accounts Payable: Verify billing accuracy and prepare disbursement schedules.
• Accounts Payable: Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payments.
• Accounts Receivable: Record customer collections and issue billing statements.
• Accounts Receivable: Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with collections.
• General Accounting: Prepare daily journal entries and assist monthly close.
• General Accounting: Reconcile bank statements and update the general ledger.
• Reporting & Compliance: Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual reports and audits.
• Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized accounting documents and records.
