Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ is seeking a Senior Specialist, Record to Report to manage general ledger activities and month-end close in Manila. You will perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, post journal entries, and coordinate with various partners for timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires 4.5 years in general accounting, solid GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Oracle and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 4.5 years in general accounting with GL, reconciliations, fixed assets and audit support.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliation and month-end activities.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and validate account balances.
• Prepare and post journal entries and resolve entry disputes.
• Coordinate with partners for critical deliverables and audit docs.
• Identify continuous improvement ideas and document processes.
