Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Senior Gen AI Video & Motion Designer to join our global Creative Capability team and lead production of high-quality video content for multiple client accounts. This hands-on role combines video editing, motion design, storytelling, and Gen AI production from brief to final delivery.

You'll develop scalable workflows, adapt content across platforms and markets, and mentor others in Gen AI tools, while maintaining brand and technical standards across international campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using Generative AI video tools in real production environments.
• Mandatory: Portfolio/showreel demonstrating Gen AI video work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or an equivalent editing/color-grading tool.
• Strong storytelling and storyboarding skills.
• Experience creating video for performance marketing, paid media, social, or digital advertising.
• Experience producing high volumes of video variations and adapting content for different platforms and markets.
• Strong understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, codecs, compression, and digital platform specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when reviewing AI-generated content for artefacts, continuity, and brand consistency.
• Ability to explain and defend creative decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop storyboards and video concepts based on creative briefs, audience insights, and performance objectives.
• Edit and produce video content across multiple formats, from hero assets to short-form paid social and 6-second cuts.
• Create and integrate Gen AI video using text-to-video, image-to-video, generative extension, scene creation, object removal, outpainting, and other AI-assisted techniques.
• Combine AI-generated content with traditional footage and professional post-production to ensure seamless, polished results.
• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, lower thirds, end frames, and other branded elements.
• Adapt and version video content for different platforms, markets, languages, audiences, and aspect ratios.
• Develop scalable video production workflows, templates, and automation processes to increase production efficiency.
• Maintain prompt libraries, references, presets, and other systems that support consistent Gen AI output.
• Ensure all final content meets creative, technical, brand, and platform standards, identifying and correcting AI artefacts and continuity issues.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, Designers, and other teams across the global Creative Capability.
• Incorporate performance insights into creative decisions and future video concepts.
• Share knowledge and help upskill other designers in Gen AI video tools and workflows.

We are looking for a Senior Gen AI Video & Motion Designer to join our global Creative Capability team and lead the production of high-quality video content across multiple client accounts.

This is a hands-on creative role combining video editing, motion design, storytelling, and generative AI production. You will take projects from brief and storyboard through to final delivery, using traditional video craft alongside Gen AI tools to create high-quality, scalable content for paid media, social, and digital platforms.

A key part of the role is developing repeatable workflows and automation that allow the team to produce multiple platform, market, and audience-specific video variations efficiently, while maintaining a high creative and technical standard.

• Experience with creative automation and dynamic video templating.
• Advanced Figma knowledge.
• 3D or virtual production experience with tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine.
• Understanding of AI content provenance, licensing, synthetic likeness, and brand-safety considerations.
