Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a GCP Security Engineer (Supervisory) for a remote Philippines role. You will own the Google Cloud foundation, design secure landing zones, and implement identity-aware security, multi-cloud interconnects, and DevOps practices.

The role requires strong leadership, client-facing delivery, and expertise in IAM, VPC, and Terraform. A proactive approach to security and Well-Architected reviews is essential.

Qualifications

• GCP security certification and experience in consulting or client delivery.
• Strong IAM, OU and policy-driven security knowledge.
• Deep VPC/VPC-SC, networking, and landing-zone design expertise.
• Proficient in IaC using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with multi-cloud interconnects and secure design.
• Proven technical leadership and delivery oversight.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Google Cloud foundation used by client engagements.
• Design and build secure GCP landing zones and org structure.
• Implement identity-aware network security and multi-cloud interconnects.
• Configure Gemini Enterprise platform with proper access controls.
• Apply Well-Architected Framework to Harden environments for data residency and privacy compliance.
