Kaizen Gaming, the team powering Betano, is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer in the Philippines to ensure operations meet regulatory and legal requirements. You will work at the intersection of law, regulation, and business, collaborating with regulators such as PAGCOR and internal stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field is required.
• 3–7 years of experience in gaming or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory requirements and authorities.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards through research and planning.
• Support regulatory obligations and implement compliance initiatives across the business.
• Conduct regulatory research by reviewing regulatory bulletins and notices.
• Develop and implement regulatory policies with stakeholders, incorporating future trends and data.
• Define the local compliance strategy aligned with group objectives.
• Liaise with authorities, auditors, and peers to promote company interests.
• Perform risk assessments and internal audits across departments.
• Prepare reports on regulatory requirements and action plans with traceability.
• Draft formal responses to official inquiries and investigations by regulators.
• Coordinate audits conducted by regulatory authorities.
• Deliver tailored trainings and raise compliance awareness across teams.
• Assist the business in navigating evolving regulatory environments.
