Undisclosed iGaming in Metro Manila is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead compliance programs, ensure operations meet applicable laws, regulations, and licensing conditions, and promote a culture of responsible gaming.

In this on-site role, you will monitor regulatory changes, update internal policies, conduct risk assessments and internal audits, prepare regulator submissions, and collaborate with finance, operations, legal and product teams to embed strong controls.

Role Description The Regulatory Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for overseeing compliance programs, ensuring that all iGaming operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and licensing conditions. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring regulatory changes, interpreting requirements, and updating internal policies and procedures accordingly. The manager conducts compliance risk assessments, reviews operational processes, and performs internal audits to identify and remediate gaps. The role involves preparing reports and documentation for regulators, coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries, and supporting licensing applications and renewals. The manager works closely with finance, operations, legal, and product teams to embed compliance controls, deliver staff training, and promote a culture of regulatory awareness and responsible gaming.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Requirements relevant to iGaming or highly regulated industries, with experience implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks.

Background in Regulatory Affairs, including managing interactions with regulators, preparing submissions, and supporting licensing or certification processes.

Solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess compliance risks, interpret complex regulations, and translate them into clear operational guidelines.

Understanding of Finance concepts related to compliance, such as transaction monitoring, reporting obligations, and internal controls over financial processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field; advanced qualifications or professional certifications in compliance or risk management are an advantage.

Experience in iGaming, financial services, fintech, or another regulated sector is highly beneficial.

Demonstrated ability to develop policies, conduct training, and drive cross-functional collaboration on compliance initiatives.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Metro Manila with a proactive, ethical approach to decision-making.
