Job summary

Lulu Financial Services (Phils.) Inc. is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to manage the company’s foreign currency funds, banknote trading, and FX exposure from our Taguig on-site location.

You will ensure currency availability, execute trades at competitive rates, and maintain profitable treasury operations in a compliant framework. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in treasury/FX trading, knowledge of FX markets and risk management, and strong Excel skills to support treasury

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Treasury, FX Trading, Banknote Trading, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of FX markets, currency pricing and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Forecast foreign currency requirements across corridors based on expected transaction volumes.
• Monitor excess and deficit funds and arrange appropriate funding when required.
• Coordinate with the Funding Department to ensure timely availability of currencies.
• Buy and sell foreign currency banknotes based on business needs, market conditions, and approved limits.
• Monitor FX market movements, exchange rates, spreads, and trading opportunities.
• Maintain and manage relationships with banks, banknote suppliers, and other approved counterparties.
• Ensure all daily FX and banknote deals are properly recorded, reviewed, and authorized.
• Conduct daily review and revaluation of foreign currency positions to minimize potential losses.
• Monitor currency exposure, trading limits, and banknote inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve trading margins and maximize returns on available funds.
