Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across multiple asset classes. You will manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operational teams.

The role requires strong legal and business acumen, AML/KYC oversight, and clear, proactive communication with clients and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum university degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in the alternative investment fund industry or Luxembourg corporate services.
• Advanced MS Office skills for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds across asset classes.
• Manage the client onboarding process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition to operational teams.
• Oversee key onboarding activities, including AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank account openings, service agreement preparation, legal document reviews, and Luxembourg regulatory filings.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications, including attending regular meetings and ensuring timely progress throughout the onboarding phase.
• Support and coach junior team members while driving process improvements and enhancing collaboration with stakeholders in partnership with team leadership.
