Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a leadership professional to manage a 10–20 member fund accounting team within Asset Owner Solutions. You will steer performance, ensure regulatory and client deliverables, and optimize resource usage while aligning with senior leadership's strategic goals.

You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive process improvements, risk controls, and operational excellence across service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience; 1–2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–20 fund accounting professionals.
• Oversee service delivery, ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage client relationships and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Drive operational efficiency through planning, workload allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Execute strategic initiatives and ensure adherence to policies and risk management.
