Partners Group in Taguig is seeking a Senior Fund Cash Operations Professional to support treasury operations for a global investor base. You will manage service providers, oversee data setup in the Treasury Management System, and ensure accurate cash flow and payments.

You will be the primary escalation contact for cash ops, drive improvements, coordinate SWIFT connectivity, and lead projects to enhance the payments infrastructure.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of treasury, corporate finance, banking or related experience.
• Hands-on treasury operations and payments processing experience.
• Strong TMS experience and SWIFT connectivity knowledge.
• Experience managing external service providers and vendor relationships.
• Proven project management skills with timely, budget-conscious delivery.

What it's about

In this function, your responsibilities will mainly include:

Service Provider Oversight – manage and oversee service providers responsible for:

• Bank account management
• Static / Master data setup within the Treasury Management System (TMS)
• Cash flow and payments processing

Operational Excellence & Escalation Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for handling escalations related to cash operations
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve exceptions and issues involving the TMS and overall payments infrastructure
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical operational incidents

Infrastructure & Connectivity

• Manage SWIFT connectivity setup, implementation, and ongoing maintenance
• Ensure robust and secure connections between the TMS and external banking/payment networks

Project Management

• Lead and manage projects involving the TMS and payments infrastructure
• Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and infrastructure upgrades

What we expect

• 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking or related areas
• Proven experience in treasury operations, payments processing, or financial systems management
• Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging standards and connectivity
• Experience managing external service providers and vendor relationships
• Exceptional problem-solving and escalation management skills
• Project management experience with the ability to deliver initiatives on time and within budget
