Job summary

Partners Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Fund Cash Operations Professional to oversee treasury operations, payments processing, and the Treasury Management System (TMS). You will manage service providers, ensure data integrity, and drive cash flow accuracy.

The role requires hands-on TMS experience, knowledge of SWIFT connectivity, and a proven ability to lead projects, improve processes, and resolve escalations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking or related areas.
• Experience in treasury operations, payments processing, or financial systems management.
• Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging standards and connectivity.
• Experience managing external service providers and vendor relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and escalation management skills.
• Project management experience with the ability to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service providers responsible for treasury operations, including bank account management and data setup in the TMS.
• Act as primary contact for escalations related to cash operations and resolve issues in the TMS and payments infrastructure.
• Manage SWIFT connectivity setup, implementation, and maintenance to ensure secure connections.
• Lead projects involving the TMS and payments infrastructure and drive system or process improvements.

In this function, your responsibilities will mainly include:

Service Provider Oversight – manage and oversee service providers responsible for:

• Bank account management
• Static / Master data setup within the Treasury Management System (TMS)
• Cash flow and payments processing

Operational Excellence & Escalation Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for handling escalations related to cash operations
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve exceptions and issues involving the TMS and overall payments infrastructure
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical operational incidents

Infrastructure & Connectivity

• Manage SWIFT connectivity setup, implementation, and ongoing maintenance
• Ensure robust and secure connections between the TMS and external banking/payment networks

Project Management

• Lead and manage projects involving the TMS and payments infrastructure
• Drive system enhancements, process improvements, and infrastructure upgrades
