Job summary

Prospex Development in the Philippines seeks an Associate, Fund Accountant to support multiple hedge fund and alternative investment clients. You will manage daily trade confirmation, settlement, P&L reconciliation and reporting, while ensuring data integrity and timely communication with clients.

The role requires 5+ years in the alternatives space, a CPA or equivalent, and strong knowledge of securities, corporate actions and PM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business or equivalent; CPA is preferred.
• At least 5+ years in alternative investment management and fund administration.
• Strong knowledge of securities, reporting, reconciliation and corporate actions.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple clients in a high-energy environment with proactive communication.
• Perform daily trade confirmations, settlement, P&L reconciliation and reporting.
• Handle corporate actions, proxy voting, cash/position reconciliation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with US/UK offices and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Adhere to risk parameters, policies, and procedures; resolve complex issues.
