Equitable Earth is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build and evolve our web and mobile apps. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and influence engineering standards while mentoring others.

You will work remotely with a focus on overlapping with French business hours, leveraging TypeScript, React, AdonisJS, NestJS, and React Native to deliver high-quality software and drive product impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Fullstack engineering experience.
• Strong command of TypeScript, React, and backend development.
• Experience with CI/CD and code reviews.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across our web and mobile applications using TypeScript, React, AdonisJS, NestJS, and React Native.
• Own features end-to-end, from understanding requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Refactor and improve our codebase to strengthen quality, reliability, and performance.
• Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to strong engineering practices through code reviews, pair programming, testing, and CI/CD.
• Mentor and support other engineers, sharing knowledge and helping raise the technical bar across the team.
• Identify opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies to our products and engineering workflows.
