Job summary

Outsource Accelerator is seeking a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead in the Philippines to design, build, and mentor a growing Manila engineering team. You will work with a European product squad, drive architecture decisions, and lead cloud-native development using .NET Core, React, and AI-assisted tools.

You will guide engineers, participate in architecture discussions, and ensure scalable, secure software delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of C#/.NET Core experience.
• 2+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role.
• Strong React and modern frontend skills.
• Experience building cloud-based microservices on Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, EF Core, Clean Architecture, SOLID; familiarity with AI coding assistants.

Our client is a leading European healthcare technology company that develops enterprise software used by audiology clinics worldwide. They are expanding their engineering team in the Philippines and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Tech Lead to help build scalable cloud-based applications while mentoring a growing local team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll continue developing software while helping establish and grow the Manila engineering team. You’ll work closely with an established European product team, contribute to architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and drive AI-assisted software development using modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET Core and React.
• Build scalable cloud‑native applications and microservices on Azure.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision‑making.
• Guide and mentor software engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical coaching.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work with AI‑assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, system performance, scalability, and security.
• Support Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to successful feature delivery.
• Help establish technical standards and best practices for the growing Manila engineering team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with React and modern front‑end development.
• Experience building cloud‑based microservices using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, Entity Framework Core, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
