Job summary

CoDev Philippines is seeking a senior software architect/tech lead to design and deliver scalable cloud-native applications on Azure using .NET, ASP.NET Core, and modern patterns. You will translate business needs into robust, secure solutions and drive engineering standards.

Lead 5–6 mid/junior developers, own PR reviews, enforce coding quality, implement IaC, CI/CD, and ensure observability and cost efficiency across APIs and real-time features.

Qualifications

• Proficient in designing secure, scalable cloud architectures using .NET/Azure.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven patterns, and modular monoliths.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, cloud-native applications using .NET and Azure.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Define and enforce architecture standards and patterns.
• Ensure high availability, observability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead PR reviews focusing on maintainability, performance, and security.
• Act as technical lead for 5–6 mid/junior developers and mentor engineers.
