Outsource Accelerator, based in the Philippines, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join its healthtech client’s enterprise cloud apps. You’ll design and build features using C#/.NET, React (TypeScript), and Azure, in a cloud microservices environment with AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with C# and modern .NET (Core/6+).
• 3+ years in React (TypeScript preferred).
• Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment.

They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and enhance scalable cloud-based applications that support healthcare providers across Europe.

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work on modern enterprise applications within a cloud-based microservices architecture. You'll collaborate with an international engineering team to develop new features, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality software using AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.

Working Conditions:

• Onsite for 6 months and Hybrid upon regularization
