About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in cloud-native design to support the development and implementation of advanced digital solutions.

In this role, you'll design, build, and deploy scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise applications that support key operational initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build modern frontend and backend components, optimize application performance, and establish automated deployment pipelines aligned with modern cloud standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud-Native Architecture & Development: Design and build robust, scalable solutions using modern architectural patterns such as microservices, containerization, and serverless computing.
• APIs & Systems Integration: Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and establish seamless integrations with internal platforms and third-party services.
• Cloud & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to automate scaling and deployment.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Establish, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate application build, testing, and deployment.
• Security & Data Protection: Embed application security best practices, data protection measures, and compliance controls across all application layers.
• Performance Optimization & Quality: Conduct automated unit, integration, and performance testing. Implement caching, load balancing, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and speed.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation (architecture diagrams, code comments, user guides) and provide mentorship to team members.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is advantageous).
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on cloud-native design and architecture.

Essential Technical Skills

• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Docker, Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
• Databases: Strong understanding of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., CosmosDB).
• DevOps & Testing: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (functional, non-functional, security, performance), and Infrastructure as Code.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Advantageous)

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Proven problem-solving skills and strong team collaboration capabilities.
