Manulife seeks a Senior Software Engineering Leader to drive architecture, development and support of strategic digital platforms across Asia. You will provide technical leadership for multiple agile squads, guide cloud native design, and enforce DevSecOps, quality, and security standards.

You will mentor engineers, align engineering with business goals, and travel within the Asia region as needed to collaborate effectively with teams across countries.

Formación

• At least 15 years of experience designing and developing integrated digital solutions.
• Extensive experience with Microservices and Cloud Native applications.
• Proven track record delivering user-centric front-end apps (web/mobile).
• Experience delivering projects from inception through post-implementation using Agile DevSecOps.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to one or more agile delivery squads.
• Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Drive architecture discussions and evaluate new technologies.
• Ensure code quality, security and performance through best practices.
• Mentor engineers across Asia region and promote collaboration.
• Collaborate with regional leads to foster innovation and cost efficiency.
